Her left eye socket holds a materia-enhanced eyeball prosthetic (glamoured to look like a normal eye.) her right eye has grown clouded due to her aether sickness.

(Like many thamuatage users, euphie draws her magic from her own aether. This includes when she uses her conjurer magic. She is unable to travel via aetheryte, because the physical toll of travel would leave harsh consequences on her physical and mental well-being.)

Euphie has a complicated relationship with the Ishgardian Orthodox Church. Despite all that she has suffered under the church, to this still she still makes visits to Saint Reymanaud Cathedral. Over the many years she has studied Halonic conjury magic and is knowledgeable of the church's sacred texts. Euphie is a worshipper of the Twelve and is devoted to Halone. (Such as carrying around a rosary gifted to Euphie by her lover, and she wears a holy symbol of the goddess around her neck.) She is a practitioner of self-flagellation, still under the belief that she is a tainted heretic. Yet despite her devotion, Euphie at the end of the day follows her own practice. She uses black magic, and is a practitioner of the occult.(Things seen as heresy by the Ishgardian Orthodox Church.)

The Echo

Echo abilities
Euphie possesses the echo, her echo grants her the ability to transcribe and understand other languages in a fluent manner. she uses her echo solely to learn information and listening in on conversations.
Her aether sickness is tied to her echo abilities, and euphie sees her echo powers moreso as a curse. Reading foreign languages puts more strain on her body, as opposed to listening in on conversations. There have been many instances where she has been left with painful headaches and visions of her past once using her echo abilites. She becomes highly sensitive to all sorts of smells, and in worse cases, is left bedridden for many days.
Another flaw and ability of Euphie's echo talent is that her echo abilities goes beyond languages. if the feeling is strong enough in the person's mind, Euphie can directly feel said person's emotion. She does not gain the context on why the person feels a certain way. And her own mind will start fixating on the emotion that is being exhibited to her. Euphie is still trying to understand why this happens to her, but she believes that strong emotions are a 'language' that affects her echo abilities. This ability tends to leave her emotionally drained and 'hollow'.
